Talk to a therapist this week
without the runaround

You don’t need to know what kind of therapist you need. Tell us a little about what’s going on, and we’ll take it from there.

What happens next

1. You fill this out. It takes about 2 minutes.

2. We check your insurance. It’s free, so you’ll know your cost up front.

3. We call you to schedule. Same day or next day, whichever you prefer.

How does getting started work?

It takes four steps and we handle most of them.

  1. Reach out. Call us at (201) 644-6523 or fill out the form.
  2. We check your insurance. It’s free, so you’ll know what you’ll pay before anything is scheduled.
  3. You tell us what you’re looking for. Want a therapist who speaks Spanish, has a particular focus, or is around your age? We got you covered.
  4. We call you back to schedule. Usually same or next day. We’ll book you with your new therapist at whatever time works for you.

That’s it. You don’t have to research therapist, compare profiles, or figure out insurance on your own.

Sessions happen over secure video, so you can join from home, your car on a lunch break, or anywhere private. Before your first session, you’ll receive a link via your preferred form of contact. All sessions occur on our secure patient portal, which you can access after creating an account (no download needed). All you need is a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and a quiet spot. And yes, your parked car counts.

If you’re thinking about it, it’s enough. Most people who call us don’t start with a diagnosis. They say, “I just have a lot going on right now.” That might mean:

  • Family stress: a divorce, a loss, or constant conflict at home
  • Work stress: losing a job, or being stretched so thin you can’t keep up
  • Anxiety: second-guessing yourself, feeling insecure, or not being able to shut your mind off
  • Feeling low or numb: a heaviness that won’t lift, or having trouble feeling much of anything

If something’s going on and you think you need help, reach out. You don’t have to know what’s wrong to start getting help.

That’s okay, and it happens. Feeling comfortable with your therapist matters. Just let us know, and we’ll match you with someone else on our team, no awkward conversation required.

And if you make it a few sessions before you decide to switch, that’s okay too. Our therapists work together to make switching as easy as possible.

Typically, one hour long.
